    Hello  people,  yes we're late again,  something to do with the PC-User
    show.  We are still picking ourselves up from that. However this should
    benefit  you  all  because Terry has spent long  hours  getting  a  new
    invoice  and  accounting system up and running so the delay between  us
    receiving the order and the goods being shipped out is minimized.

    We  hope  you have noticed an improvement in turnaround for disk orders
    over the last few weeks.  The reason for the improvement is due to  our
    an  increase  in  staff  here at Compulink HQ.  We now have a full time
    staff of six We share the duties in the office but it normally ends  up
    something like this.

    Frank Thornley  - Big Chief Hacker, Editor, Procrastinator.
    Sylvia Thornley - Administration, Scape-goat.
    Terry Thompson  - Chief Programmer, Technical Support, System Operator.
    Brian Williams  - Library Organiser, Wooden Spoon Wielder.
    Matthew Sims    - Everybody's Assistant.
    Alan Kirwan     - Dog handler (he looks after Spud as well)
    Spud            - Chief carpet washer (puddle city)

    The time has come to restructure the libraries, PC-Sig have finally got
    fed up with spending vast amounts of time and money compiling, editing,
    updating and writing short documentation for their library only to have
    people buying the library and distributing it unchanged. So PC-Sig have
    copyrighted  their work.  We can still distribute the  programs,  (they
    can't  copywrite them) but have to take out any file they have  written
    or any reference to them.  Because of this the three libraries  (Comug,
    PC-Sig  and  PC-Blue) will probably be compiled into one with  all  the
    duplication  and all the dross taken out (sounds good huh?).  This will
    probably take quite some time and confuse you just as much as us.

    Coming soon is what lots of you have been asking about for a long time,
    BIX EUROPE.  We have been given the ok by BIX in the USA, and  are  now
    arranging  the equipment and finance.  Will tell you more as soon as we
    can.

    This  file is also on the disk under the filename QUESTION.ART, Load it
    into your text editor and fill it in, then print it out.
