DECIDE! is a pop-up Executive decision generator for PC compatibles. Once 
loaded, it can be invoked at any time by pressing Ctrl-?, whereupon a clear-
cut, unambiguous, computer generated decision will be displayed. Remember to 
formulate your question for a yes or no answer, and concentrate hard as you 
press the hot-key. The computer's decision will be right about 50 percent of 
the time, and when it isn't, you can blame the mistake on the computer.

"shareware" provided it is given away and NOT sold. If you like DECIDE! and
