Graph It!
=========
Graph it! is a program for producing graphs of many different types on the
computers screen for printing or using within another program. Basically Graph
It! is a text editor where the data can be entered in the same way as any othe
text editor. Help on the keys used with the editor and other facilities of the
program can be obtained by using F1 from within the editor or the menu system.
An example of the sort of data that can be entered is shown below.
Head Heading1 Heading2 Heading3
'1988 123 361 456
'1989 54 21 99
'1990 100 150 2000
The ' in the first line takes the years as being non number items and therefor
these are used as labels instead of data. Once editing has taken place the 'ES
key leaves the editor and returns you to the main menu. Although spaces have b
been entered in the above example to make each column line up the program does
not need them. At Least space is used to show the end of each data item.
After choosing one of the graph options from the menu the screen will be clear
and the graph drawn. If the computer cannot draw a graph for some reason then
error message will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Once a graph is o
screen 'ESC' returns you to the main menu or P prints the graph onto a suitabl
Epson Compatible printer.
Another way of using the program is with one of the screen capture programs
such as the one supplied with NewsMaster for incorporating the graphs within a
D.T.P program. The program can run quite happily within Microsoft Windows and
this allows graphs to be copied onto the clipboard using the usual Alt+PrtScn
keypresses. Suitable entries for the PifEdit program are:

Program Name : GraphIT.exe
Program Title : Graph It!
Program Parameters :

The Initial directory assumes that the program has been stored in C:|GRAPH and
