This is a simple synthesiser program with a number of different voices and
special effects like wobble and vibrato. This is what the various keys do:

QWERTY keyboard - plays notes

[F1] - Octave 1   [Shift][F1] - Instrument 1   
[F2] - Octave 2   [Shift][F2] - Instrument 2
[F3] - Octave 3   [Shift][F3] - Instrument 3   [Ctrl][F3] - Vibrato 1
[F4] - Octave 4   [Shift][F4] - Instrument 4   [Ctrl][F4] - Vibrato 2
[F5] - Octave 5   [Shift][F5] - Instrument 5
[F6] - Octave 6   [Shift][F6] - Instrument 6
                  [Shift][F7] - Wobble 3
                  [Shift][F8] - Wobble 4
[F9] - Wobble 1
[F10] - Wobble 2

[+] - Stop note    [Shift][Tab] - Exit

[Insert] - Save tune   [Delete] - Load tune   [*] - Directory
