Getting Started

After the program has loaded the screen shows the whole layout of the program.
The main playing board is on the left hand side, the used pegs are on the
right and a menu between them.

The menu shows the following :-

'Play Game' - Displays another menu :-
	       'Sound' - On or off.
'Diagonal' - Make diagonal moves as well as vertical and
			      horizontal moves.
'Center' - Normally you must start in the middle of the
board, but if there is no tick on the left of
the menu the computer will let you pick a
starting place before the game starts.
'Start Game' - Starts the game.
'Auto Play' - Let the computer play the game at a specified speed.
The speed ranges from 0 (fastest) to 500 (slowest).
'Reset Best' - After conformation the best number of moves will be reset to 0.
'Quit Game' - Exits the program.

On default the options are;
 Sound on
 Diagonal off,
 Center on

Playing Solitaire

For every move you make you must jump a peg (red squares) over another peg
into a hole beyond, the computer will remove the peg you jumped over. Each
move must be made in a straight line and you can only jump over one peg at
a time. The object of the game is to remove all the pegs from the playing
board until the last one is in the center hole.
To move, use the white box (cursor) in the board to choose the peg or hole
you wish to select and press Return. If the cursor moves off the board it
will appear on the opposite side of the board.

Keys :
 Cursor/Arrow keys moves the cursor.
 Return/Enter selects the peg/hole.
Escape/End stops a game and returns to the menu.
Home moves the white box to the center of the board.

I hope you enjoy the game.
