The purpose of giving away copies of this fully working payroll 
èprogram when similar products cost up to around £100.00 is to allow 
èyou to try out for yourself a complex but extremely useful business 
èutility.  Many other companies use Micro-Aids' Extended Payroll every 
èweek for their employees and have done so since 1982.  

When you run the program you will see the main menu screen enabling 
èyou to select 1 to enter personnel data.  Data can be entered for up 
èto about 50 employees by following the question and answer session in 
èsection 1.  You can then check all the records through section 5 or 
èamend an individual if you have made an error through section 4.  

In order to make a payroll run you will need to save the data created 
èon the same disc as the programs are and for security make a second 
ècopy on the disc marked 'B'.  The payroll run is selected from the 
èmain menu by pressing 2.  Follow the instructions on screen and select 
èthe options required to compile each employees pay.  

Any program can be improved and we appreciate that this applies to 
èExtended Payroll so if you have any constructive comments please do
