   RADIO - By Mike Williams
   ────────────────────────

   A novel joke program. Run it on someones machine, and after a very
   few keypresses they will find their system is now picking up police
   and taxi radio messages! You can unload RADIO from memory by
   typing:

        RADIO /U

   1) RADIO is a TSR which takes up over 90k memory. This means some
        programs may not run when RADIO is loaded.

   2) Due to the low level operation of the program, it may cause
        some systems to  crash.  Try  it  out  beforehand if possible;
        removing as many TSR's as possible is likely to help.
