         This program modifies RAM locations that determine the time
     delay and repeat rate of the typematic keyboards on AT or PS/2
     class computers.

     The format for usage is... C> QUICKBD DELAY REPEAT

     The DELAY parameter can be any integer in the range 0 to 3.

     The REPEAT parameter can be any integer in the range 0 to 31.

     The DELAY parameter determines the time for the keyboard to wait
     while you are holding down the key before the key starts repeating
     characters.

     The REPEAT parameter determines the wait time between the repeated
     characters.

     The LOWER the number the FASTER the speed!

     REMEMBER this program will work ONLY ON AN AT or PS/2 class
     computer. Programs of this type written for XT class computers
     are typically terminate and stay resident (TSR) programs that
     eat away at your precious memory.

     But wait!! This program uses ZERO BYTES of RAM. That's because
     the AT and PS/2 class computers define two locations in RAM that
     determine the keyboard speed. This program just modifies those
     locations then removes itself from memory.
