Demo Version of Knife86 for PC Plus Magazine

The KNIFE86.EXE program on the PC Plus cover disk is
a demonstration version of the full KNIFE86 disk
recovery package published by HiSoft.

To run the program, simply type

KNIFE86

and then choose the disk that you want to inspect
or recover by typing the relevant disk letter.

The rest of the program should be fairly straightforward
to use; it can be controlled from the keyboard or with the mouse.

The 'greyed' commands are not available in the demo version
but are implemented in the full version.

The complete KNIFE86 suite includes useful utility programs
such as UNDEL for un-deleting accidentally deleted files and
a host of other file and MSDOS utilities that you will find invaluable.

Other HiSoft products for the PC include FTL Modula-2, a complete
