NOTES: 
Disk was quite heavily contaminated with mould. Full-clean in the 3D disk cleaning rig with medical swabs and rubbing alcohol.

Disk drive heads thoroughly cleaned (3x 'gw clean' cycles with a isopropyl alcohol-soaked cleaning disk), which had to be repeated throughout the recovery due to oxide shedding.

Majority of sectors did not read on first pass.

This has been a very challenging recovery, with approximately 20 passes required with cleanings inbetween, and it is not a complete recovery on this disk unfortunately. However approximately 95% of the disk was recovered in the end.

Disk returned to original sleeve for archiving.
